Sometimes a family does not need a complicated program—they need the right support at the right time.
Roots and Resilience Family Home Foundation provides Child and Family Resource Kits to help families meet immediate needs while connecting them with tools and resources that support long-term stability. Kits are designed around the needs of children, caregivers, and families experiencing financial hardship, transition, stress, or other challenges.
Depending on the family’s needs and available donations, kits may include:
- Hygiene and personal-care items
- School supplies and educational materials
- Age-appropriate activities for children
- Parenting and family-strengthening resources
- Household essentials
- Community resource information
- Materials that support protective factors, caregiver capacity, and healthy family relationships
Our goal is not simply to provide supplies. Each kit is an opportunity to reduce stress, strengthen families, connect people with community resources, and help address smaller needs before they become larger crises.
