The following policies are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment for all participants. By registering for any session or group, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Nature of Services
All services provided through Roots & Resilience Family Home are educational coaching and support services. These services do not constitute therapy, counseling, legal advice, or case management.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required at the time of registration. Due to limited seating and scheduling commitments, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to arrive on time and engage respectfully. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without refund. Participants acknowledge that they assume responsibility for their own safety and agree to hold Roots & Resilience Family Home harmless for incidental injuries occurring during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
Children’s Supervision Policy
Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. Roots & Resilience Family Home does not provide childcare services.
Children may not be left unattended before, during, or after sessions. If a child requires individual attention or behavioral intervention, the parent or guardian will be expected to step in and manage the child’s needs.
Confidentiality
Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.
Mandatory Reporting
In accordance with Arizona law, disclosures involving suspected child abuse, neglect, or harm may be subject to mandatory reporting requirements.
